Due to hygeine reasons, refunds and exchanges can not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must have notified us within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at luxeblender@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost must be paid by yourself.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
